The Hide provides privacy and seclusion due to its unique location and is surrounded by fields with open views to Holme-next-the-Sea Beach. Set in a delightful landscaped garden with a large well stocked pond, bubble pool, two raised patios and a decking area where you can unwind whilst enjoying the endless flights of geese and coastal birds that inhabit the area, early morning and evening brings the added delight of a resident Barn Owl.

The property has double glazing and storage heating throughout, and provides all the comforts of home: - two bedrooms, one double, one twin bedded, bathroom with spa bath, over bath shower and WC. Dual aspect large lounge with TV (plus Free View), mini Hi-Fi and electric wood burning-effect fire, dining area, well equipped kitchen, microwave, mini grill and oven, electric hob, toaster and fridge freezer. From the lounge the views across the field to the dunes are unhindered and there are also views to the village church, at night the glow of Skegness provides yet another aspect to the ever changing scenery.

The Hide is in close proximity to NOA and NWT Reserves at Holme-next-the-Sea, RSPB Titchwell, Sandringham House & Estate, Holkham Hall, Wells-next-the-Sea and Sheringham, plus there are many local and delightful walks to be enjoyed throughout the year.

Arrive after 2.30pm - depart 10.30am.

Terms:
Winter 2011 Rates 1st October to end of February 2012 £65 00 per night inclusive. Weekly rate - £455.00 per week inclusive.

Summer 2012 Rates 1st March to end September £75.00 per night inclusive. Weekly rate - £525.00 per week inclusive.

Bed linen, bath/hand towels, tea towels/kitchen towels are all included.
Electricity is also included in the above rates.

Short Breaks - Minimum of 3 nights - £65 per night winter - £75 per night summer.

Children are welcome - but please be aware that there is a large pond in the garden, and it is not suitable for ball games.
There is also a BBQ available.

Situated on the main coast road (A149) just five minutes from Hunstanton at the Thornham end of the village. Drive through Holme-next-the-Sea and it is about half a mile on the left hand side - look for Honeypot Cottage, the Hide sits behind it...
